A very convenient hotel with great food, especially the breakfast buffet. The duty manager let us checkout late without any charges. The pool boys and bar staff were really helpful.

The rooms were spacious and adequately furnished. Food was good.
Attitude of the front desk was very poor. They allotted a room which was occupied and had their staff trying to open the door to let us in! They did not even apologize for their error and allotted us another room which was reeking of cigarette smoke. The third room allotted was ok, but we had reached there by midnight and were hoping for a few hours of sleep before leaving at 5am the next morning, so it was a very sleepless and restless night made worse by the "I dont know, I just came in for duty, so I dont if the room was occupied or not" unapologetic attitude of the staff.

Our group of friends had a great stay at this hotel, located near all the major attractions in the city. the hotel's proximity to the Majestic City mall was a great plus, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in our stay. the rooftop swimming pool offered a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We did find that the hotel was not very near to any good restaurants, which was a bit of a downside for us.

I recently stayed at Pearl Grand Hotel for a week-long vacation. The suite was massive and beautiful, with all the amenities and more. The pool on the roof was absolutely gorgeous, and the pool staff and bell boys were extremely friendly and helpful. The location on Galle Rd was great, and the staff was always friendly and willing to assist. The hotel followed all health and safety guidelines, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The restaurant, Kohinoor, served excellent food, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Highly recommended!
I recommend this hotel.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a decent experience. The rooftop pool and bar area had a great view of the city and the dinner spread was quite extensive. The rooms offered plenty of natural light and comfortable bedding. Location-wise, it was conveniently close to the city center and within walking distance of major shopping centers. Plus, the staff at the Front Desk were polite and helpful.
There were a few drawbacks to the hotel. The room size was quite small and cleanliness could have been better.

Friendly staff, professional service. Awesome lobby, magical music in corridors. Comfy, quiet rooms. Not the best, but not bad view. Marvelous roof pool, gym, and bar. Will go again when in Sri Lanka. Good location, near malls and money exchange. 3 wheel trips only $2. Comfortable room, okay lobby. Rooftop coffee bar and pool with nice view. Useful 24-hr restaurant. Real bonus, free internet. Nice place for last days in Sri Lanka. Greeted with free drink and towel. Nicely presented room, reasonable minibar prices. Some oversights with shower. Room service food alright. Quiet and relaxing pool. Helpful pool boys and bar staff. Just a delay with laundry and lack of towels/toilet paper. Would stay again!

The room had a lot of natural light, providing a bright atmosphere. the breakfast buffet had an enormous variety of great tasting food. the hotel is situated in a highly convenient location.
The room and bathroom size was uncomfortably small and the dishes ordered in the room were subpar in quality. some of the TV channels lacked sound.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location, nestled in a small alley in the heart of the city, was perfect for exploring all that the capital had to offer. The service here was top-notch, with round-the-clock room service and attentive staff who made sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a modern television with cable channels. I also appreciated the leisure facilities, including a sauna and a pristine outdoor swimming pool. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to all.
